All goods should be inspected before installation. No credit will be issued once the material has been installed.

Goods must be not returned except with the previous written approval or return authorization number provided by an authorized officer.

Special orders or non-stock goods can not be cancelled. No returns will be accepted on special order merchandise.

Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made against the carrier.

All orders shall be picked up at the RUGDEAL warehouse and will be solely the responsibilty of the purchaser

Manufacturer advises (1) goods were produced in compliance with applicable requirements of Fair Labor Standards Act; (2) continuing guarantees have been filed, where applicable with Federal Trade Commission under Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and Flammable Fabrics Act.

UNPAID BALANCES ON PAST DUE ACCOUNTS SHALL BE CHARGED 1.5% PER MONTH OR 18% PER YEAR. ORDERS SUBJECT TO PRICE IN EFFECT AT TIME OF SHIPMENT.
